Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and operate phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
Support office management by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Maintain an organized workspace and assist in inventory management of office supplies.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while managing time efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role.
CRM and SAP experience preferred
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality work.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to use tools and hands on as needed
Bilingual; Preferred Chinese/English or Vietnamese or Korean/English
