You Are:
You are an innovative and detail-oriented Analog Design Engineer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology. You possess a deep understanding of analog circuit design, particularly in the development of physical IP such as SERDES, DDR, and memory. Your expertise in circuit macros allows you to create efficient and high-performance designs that meet stringent specifications. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions sets you apart. With a proactive mindset, you are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance design methodologies. You are adept at using advanced simulation tools and have a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics. Your strong communication skills enable you to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and developing analog circuits, including SERDES, DDR, and memory interfaces. Creating and optimizing circuit macros to achieve high performance and low power consumption. Conducting detailed circuit simulations and analyses to validate design performance. Collaborating with digital design and layout teams to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components. Performing design reviews and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. Staying updated with the latest advancements in analog design methodologies and technologies.

What You'll Need:
Extensive experience in analog circuit design, particularly in SERDES, DDR, and memory interfaces. Proficiency in using advanced simulation tools for circuit analysis and validation. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit macro design. Experience with layout design and integration of analog and digital components. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
