As part of our HRBP development plan, you’ll receive tailored professional coaching to elevate your business acumen, coaching style, and strategic HR capabilities. This individualized coaching is designed to enhance your ability to build strong partnerships with senior leaders, foster a high-performance culture, and drive measurable organizational outcomes. Key elements of the program include:
- One-on-One Coaching: Work with an experienced leadership coach to refine your business insights, develop advanced communication strategies, and strengthen your ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Customized Development Goals: Focus on areas like financial literacy, data-driven decision-making, and honing a coaching leadership style that aligns with Mad City's values and priorities.
- Practical Application: Apply these learnings in real-time scenarios, with ongoing support and feedback from your coach and peers.
What You'll Do:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth and operational excellence.
- Provide expertise in workforce planning, talent optimization, and organizational development.
- Build trust with stakeholders through responsive, proactive communication.
Leadership Development
- Conduct regular assessments to enhance leadership effectiveness, including pulse surveys and 360-degree feedback.
- Facilitate pulse surveys to track engagement and identify improvement opportunities.
Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning with a focus on diversity and internal mobility.
- Develop strategies to boost employee engagement using tools like stay interviews and engagement surveys.
Data-Driven Insights & Innovation
- Use analytics to track HR metrics (e.g., OKR completion, retention rates) and inform decisions.
- Leverage tools like Power BI, ADP, and Ashby HRIS platforms to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Implement innovative practices to address evolving talent needs.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with safety teams to promote proactive risk management.
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Change Management
- Lead change initiatives to support business transformations and cultural alignment.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through targeted strategies and programs.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). If you don’t have a degree but have the experience, we still welcome a conversation at this opportunity with the required experience and skills
Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a strategic HRBP role; industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or field service preferred
Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
Skills: Mindset, strong business acumen, curiosity with learn-it-all mentality, and the ability to influence at all levels are critical to be successful in this role
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- Expertise in change management and leadership coaching
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities (e.g., leading organizational restructuring or culture initiatives)
