Internship Opportunity: Civil Engineering Intern
Location: Incline Village, NV
Are you passionate about contributing to your community and gaining hands-on engineering experience? Join Lefrancois Engineering as an Engineering Intern and take the first step toward an exciting career in civil engineering!
This 12-week internship (mid-January through mid-April 2025) offers a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) to work on meaningful projects with our Engineering team. Opportunity for continued employment upon successful completion of internship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply AutoCAD/Civil 3D and ArcGIS PRO software.
• Assist with engineering reports, cost estimation, utility computations, and civil design.
• Support the permitting process and attend project meetings.
• Conduct field visits and coordinate with utility companies and municipalities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled as a third- or fourth-year student in a Civil or Environmental Engineering program, or a recent graduate, or have relevant experience in design or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); AutoCAD or GIS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work-hour requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn technical concepts.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
• $18.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
