Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician(CST) who wants to be part of a growing company. Rotech offers full benefits and generous vacation days. Rotech Healthcare specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on call duties as scheduled
Job Responsibilities:
Rotech's CSTs communicate with patients, referral sources and co-workers to effectively perform all tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement. CSTs will be responsible for managing all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into Eintake, printing tickets, and processing paperwork. CST are involved in helping with deliveries in the field and involved in the after hours call rotation.
Job Requirements:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
