Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize workspaces, including hydroponic grow areas, equipment, and common areas.
• Dispose of waste materials and ensure recycling processes are followed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to prevent slipping hazards.
• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for tools, trays, and storage areas.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a hygienic environment for plant growth.
Qualifications:
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable working in a humid environment and around plants.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
