PIPE SPY Marin, Inc, is a contractor serving the North Bay and San Francisco. We specialize in the inspection, repair, and replacement of sewer and storm drain pipes. We need to expand our production capacity to meet our customers’ needs and seek to add a motivated and responsible individual to our staff. This is a permanent, full-time position.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
• Ability to lead and manage crew members in completing their jobs.
• A good command of English and Spanish
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to address and resolve issues or challenges that arise during operations.
• Ability to interact respectfully and knowledgeably with customers.
• Knowledge of trenchless pipe replacement techniques.
• Knowledge of general construction (concrete work, carpentry, irrigation systems, etc.)
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Legal standing to work in the United States.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primary – managing 2 to 3 crew bosses to complete assigned projects on time.
• Secondary – training crew members in safety and in improving their skills.
• Ongoing - cleanliness and readiness of company vehicle and production equipment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
• Beginning compensation is $30-32 per hour based on experience (Marin County experience is a plus)
• Paid holidays – 8 days
• Paid vacation – 2 weeks after the first year
• 401K Plan (with 4% Company match)
