Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and contingencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and execute project buyout, including procurement, subcontractor selection, and
contract finalization.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, providing updates and mitigating risks. Serve as the
client’s key point of contact, ensuring expectations are met.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects (required). add prior
successes here.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License. Comfortable working in a noisy,
high-temperature environment with heavy machinery.
