Known for our innovative sushi, tapas, and carefully curated beverage offerings, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.
What You’ll Bring...
Leadership Expertise: Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-performance restaurant setting.
Culinary Knowledge: Familiarity with scratch kitchens; sushi experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.
Hospitality-Driven: A deep understanding that hospitality is about the guest experience—going beyond service to create moments that keep guests coming back.
Team Leadership: Experience in training, mentoring, and scheduling to maintain a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing team.
Beverage Savvy: Knowledge of wine, sake, craft cocktails, and craft beer to complement and elevate the dining experience.
Operational Excellence: Proficiency in managing food and labor costs, inventory control, and achieving financial goals.
Cleanliness & Upkeep: Dedication to maintaining a pristine, welcoming front-of-house environment that reflects our high standards.
Tech-Friendly: Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus, but not required. Also experience with social media posting.
Problem Solver: The ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges with grace, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Exceptional Communicator: Clear, consistent communication with staff, guests, and ownership.
