Your role

Negotiate raw materials for all North American locations.
Manage logistics for the flow of raw material to all locations.
Manage purchase orders for all raw material and ensure accuracy for received goods.
Maintain organized records for all raw materials.
Coordinate the daily needs and long-term strategy for all raw materials.
Function with the Supply Chain to implement all needed changes with raw materials.
Maintain a supplier database for all raw materials.
Build and maintain all raw material presentations for SPF North America
Work with the Director to build and maintain long-term strategies for raw materials.
Maintain the logistics portion of raw materials storage, delivery and Procurement.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
Must have problem solving skills.

Asset Optimization

Maintain a robust capital expenditure plan that includes both short and long-term plant needs to provide capacity for market demands, to optimize employee safety, regulatory requirements, and profitability.
Provide leadership, coordination, and successful implementation of capital projects.
Ensure proper maintenance systems, personnel, training, and accountability to maintain company assets in optimum condition.
Drive innovation by exploring technologies and processes to improve our performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Closely coordinate with Supply Chain to optimize the planning, scheduling, and the needs of the plants to the Operations and Business leadership; assure effective communication flow to business and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and others to explore technology and processes to drive innovation in our plants and product offerings.
Support the Sales department and other Management individuals during visits to the plants by customers, potential customers, suppliers, and VIPs.

About you

BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration preferred or related field experience
Five-years' experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
Proficient in MicroSoft Office
Good Communication skills
