Responsibilities:

Answering Phone Calls: Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries about our services, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments.

Estimate Projects Over The Phone: Gathering information about the customer's move, accurately assessing their needs, and providing detailed estimates based on access, items, and team size

Booking jobs: Coordinating schedules and confirming move details with customers

Following up on projects: Proactively contacting customers before, during, and after their moves to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the moving and storage industry, ideally in a customer service or coordination role.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Computer skills: Proficient use of Google GSuite and CRM software to communicate and record information related to clients
