REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum one year of sales experience in the roofing and waterproofing / HOA / building products industries.
- Strong track record with closing and generating new business, as well the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-driven with an exceptional work ethic.
- Develop community awareness and company reputation.
- Customer service skills and the determination to succeed.
- Customer oriented with ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written skills
- Must be computer proficient, able to utilize mobile applications and be willing to learn / be coached.
- Team player with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Effective time management - deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong cold calling, networking and appointment-setting skills.
- Professional appearance and represent AMAYA Roofing & Waterproofing in a professional manner.
- Sincerely care about the customer and the customer’s experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Following up with past residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing prospects and converting them into sales.
- Attending weekly team meetings.
- Make sales from leads that the company will provide and with full support to help close sales.
- Create and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
