The role

You will be our lead designer (we haven't had anyone in this role prior we've just been figuring it out as we go)
You will work on a lot of different projects, including both our current apps and new ones we will create.

What we are looking for

An artist with great taste and some experience designing for mobile
Strong convictions and passionate about testing new ideas
Understanding of pop culture and consumer psychology
Someone who takes responsibility and figures shit out
Strong work ethic

A few things we do differently

We charge for all our products (this is why we don't need VC)
Our competitive edge is distribution. We acquire customers more cost efficiently than almost anyone else.
Most of our team is marketing
We build in a ton of different spaces and target different customers. We're trying different things and learning as we go.
We launch products very quickly 1-2 month build cycles. Default is to put stuff out and see what happens
