Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present top-quality temaki nori
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative seasonal offerings.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards.
