Starting at a competitive rate of $17.75 per hour, you will also benefit from a 3rd shift differential of $1.25 per hour, bringing your pay up to $19.00 per hour.

Your production shift will run Monday through Thursday from 8 PM to 6:30 AM, perfect for those who enjoy the quiet efficiency of night work and 3-day weekends.

THE ROLE: MACHINE OPERATOR

As a Machine Operator at our Idaho Falls facility, you will handle sophisticated manufacturing equipment to produce fly fishing gear that meets the rigorous standards of outdoor adventure. Each day, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced machinery, ensuring smooth production flow, monitoring quality, troubleshooting, and maintaining the highest standards of safety. This role will keep you engaged as you become a vital part of the production process, refining your technical skills and attention to detail in a hands-on, supportive environment.
