DAILY TASKS

Accounting

Order invoicing on internal apparel software (Visual)

Order invoicing on various customer EDI portals

Create semi monthly accounts receivable reports (Visual)

Email/phone communications with customers to follow up on accounts receivable

Maintain accurate accounts with factor, including sending factor assignments, and reviewing customer payment history, chargebacks, etc.

Input accounts receivable details, including chargebacks, reconciling invoices

Costing

Maintain costing logs for incoming China shipments

Monitor invoice costing with confirmed purchase order costing

Maintain inventory records, tally goods shipped vs. goods received

Misc

Assist to maintain ECOM platforms for drop ship accounts such as Nordstrom, Target, Urban Outfitters, etc., including data/description/picture management

Efficiently communicate on email for any related issues with relevant parties

Assist in other office tasks as they may come up

SKILLS

-Working knowledge of some apparel software is a BIG PLUS, but will train if required--this is a data entry job, so much of the time will be spent on the software

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Quickbooks, etc.)

-Correspond proficiently on email

-Basic math

-Operate office printers
