Gold Star Inspections - a Southern California growing inspection company is seeking an energetic Home Inspector to join our dynamic team. If you are detail-oriented, dedicated, and physically fit, we want to hear from you!

Experience isn't necessary but experience in construction, bilingual or military background is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough home inspections in residential and commercial properties.
Identify defects and assess damage tp properties.
Create detailed inspection reports.
Communicate findings and proposed treatments to clients clearly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Complete on-line certification course if necessary

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to crawl under homes, climb ladders, and access tight spaces.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
