Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Body Shop Assistant. This role involves assisting with estimates, production, and shop organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, basic knowledge of vehicle components, excellent people skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proper documentation and following through with work is crucial.

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:- Welcome customers, gather information, and input data into estimating software.
Customer Service: Engage with customers in person, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Repair Production: Assist with ordering parts using CCC One software, inspect parts upon delivery, and distribute them to technicians as needed.
Shop Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency of the shop.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior estimators and technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Basic Car Knowledge: Familiarity with basic car components.
People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with pride in work quality.
Commitment: Long-term commitment is essential. We are looking for individuals who can commit to at least two years in this role. If you are not prepared to make this commitment, this position may not be suitable for you.
Energy and Patience: High energy with the patience to handle noise and interruptions.
