Responsibilities:

Direct and mentor a talented team of graphic designers, illustrators, and content creators to produce innovative designs that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure all creative assets align with client brand guidelines while consistently pushing the creative boundaries.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workflow and resources effectively.
Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback, ensuring the highest quality output and team growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3-5 years in a senior creative leadership role (Art Director or Creative Director).
Proven experience managing brand activation campaigns and complex design projects, especially within the technology sector.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma and related digital design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative concepts, strategic branding projects, and successful team leadership.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
