A Car Auto is looking to hire FULL & PART time positions for Dispatching and for General Office Position. We are a fast paced company looking for reliable, quick learning employees who have great customer service, & communication skills and are team players!!!

For The Dispatching Position, the duties & requirements are as followed

-You must be an excellent communicator, quick learner (training will be provided) be able to multi-task by handing multiple phone lines and have basic knowledge of computer skills, typing, emailing etc.
- Answer Phone calls in timely manner, be professional and courteous while talking to customers,
- Complete and document your calls accurately and in timely manner, collect documents and complete log sheets as required.
- Willing to work a flexible shift including weekends is a big Plus.
- Self Motivated, Organized and a great work ethic
- Be punctual and on time for your work shifts.

General Office Staff Position Duties & Requirements

Great Attitude & communication skills and phone etiquette
Must be able to handle a fast paced office Environment
Answer Phone calls, Send emails and handle paperwork,
Have an open and flexible schedule including possible weekend shifts is a big plus
Knowledge of basic computer skills, typing, Proper Grammar etc.
Must be able to multi-task and be a team player

Pay : Varies depending on experience
