Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dog Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for dogs, fitness, and wellness, who enjoys working in a collaborative and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in training dogs in services similar to Fit Dog or Zoom Dog, and possess the certification and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality training services to our clients.

As a Dog Trainer at DEN Urban Dog Retreat, you will:

- Lead individual training sessions or group classes focused on fitness, behavior, and wellness.
- Design training programs tailored to various dog breeds and energy levels, integrating holistic practices to improve their physical and mental health.
- Promote and sell training packages, services, and wellness plans to new and existing clients.
- Provide guidance to pet owners, helping them understand their dog's behavior and wellness needs.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to integrate training into our daily services, such as daycare, pack hikes, and wellness retreats.
- Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a positive, engaging, and supportive manner.
- Continue developing your skills and knowledge of dog behavior, training techniques, and wellness practices.

Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized dog training program (e.g., CPDT, KPA-CTP, or similar).
- Proven experience in dog training, particularly with fitness-based or group training services (e.g., Fit Dog, Zoom Dog).
- Strong understanding of dog behavior, body language, and holistic approaches to training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Sales experience or ability to promote services effectively.
- Passion for dog wellness and improving the lives of pets and their owners.
