Job Opening:
We are seeking an “in house” Production/Development Coordinator/Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Providing support with various tasks and working closely with the producers.
- Searching for new clients, talents and crew members.
- Conducting research and preparing decks for pitches.
- Managing contacts database and scheduling meetings.
- Working on resources when a project start production.
- Handling a monthly online newsletter mailing.

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for film producing and the entertainment industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience in film production or a related field is essential.
- Fluent in French and/or Italian is very advantageous. Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and multiple tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of design tools to create presentation files.
- Flexibility to travel and work in various locations as required.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite on Mac.
- Graphic or web design knowledge a plus.
- Video editing knowledge a plus.

Conditions, salary and benefits:
- Part-time candidates welcome although preference is for a full-time position.
- Position is as an independent contractor based in Los Angeles with potential travels.
- Must be able to work on-site in Santa Monica, CA at least 70% of the time.
- Pay rate/range for this role is $25-$30/hr with final offer dependent on education, experience, ...
- Potential bonuses if bringing new businesses/clients specially from the advertising industry.
- This role is not eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan or any other benefit.

- Among the 25 feature films and series we have been part of are: "Nine Lives" directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, “Dogman” & “Anna” directed by Luc Besson, “Tycoon” directed by Louis Letterrier, “Rock’n Roll” directed by Guillaume Canet, “Les Tuches” directed by Olivier Baroud, “Bienvenue A Bord” directed by Eric Lavaine, etc.
