Part-Time: 30 hours a week.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8am-515pm
Saturday 830am-1130am

Position Overview: The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will be responsible for managing client check-ins, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing top-notch customer service. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves interacting with people, and has a genuine interest in promoting wellness and health.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, addressing inquiries about services, schedules.

Manage appointment scheduling and handle cancellations or reschedules.

Provide clients with information about our services, products, and wellness offerings.

Process payments, memberships, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and waiting room.

Assist with marketing and promotional tasks as needed.

Support clients by offering recommendations on services based on their wellness goals.

Qualifications:

High energy, outgoing, and people-oriented personality.
Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
