RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a leader & provide focus for your sales team and showroom support staff
Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Maintains CSI at or above company and region standards
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage productivity of sales department
Maintains good working relationship with manufacturer partners and lending institutions
Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of dealership sales management experience required
Must be interested in training additional sales professionals and work within a team environment
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
