RESPONSIBILITIES - Be a leader & provide focus for your sales team and showroom support staff
- Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Maintains CSI at or above company and region standards
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Manage productivity of sales department
- Maintains good working relationship with manufacturer partners and lending institutions
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
QUALIFICATIONS- Two years of dealership sales management experience required
- Must be interested in training additional sales professionals and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
