Who you are:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing education.
Must have current active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon.
Current BLS CPR certification preferred.
Experience in the care of the geriatric resident as evidenced by previous work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Essential Job Duties:

Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff.
Plans and guides the professional development of the nursing staff, monitor and evaluate the staff and make recommendations for training. Includes development of yearly training/in-service schedule for nursing staff.
Provides specific orientation to Health Center nursing staff.
Ensures annual competency evaluations and performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
Responsible for education related to Infection Control Program.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by Director of Nursing.
