Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support DrBalcony's goals, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Employee Development: Drive professional development initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace while managing costs effectively.
Employee Relations: Act as a crucial point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, track organizational performance, and develop strategic initiatives.
Leadership Development: Mentor and develop HR staff, building a high-performing HR team that supports the company's objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational performance and culture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in managing change within a growing organization and working in a fast-paced environment.
