Key Responsibilities - Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support DrBalcony's goals, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Employee Development: Drive professional development initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace while managing costs effectively.
- Employee Relations: Act as a crucial point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, track organizational performance, and develop strategic initiatives.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and develop HR staff, building a high-performing HR team that supports the company's objectives.
RequirementsRequirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational performance and culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
