Pay: Base pay of $40,000 + uncapped commission

The Job:

Develop and execute strategies to sell in-store digital advertising solutions.
Identify and target potential clients through various digital channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
Conduct presentations, product demos, or webinars to showcase digital advertising solutions to potential customers.
Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with clients, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting revenue goals.
Handle client objections and provide effective solutions that align with their needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Utilize data analytics to analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize sales efforts.
Provide regular sales reports to management, including insights on pipeline status, deal progress, and market trends.
Work closely with design team to ensure a smooth customer journey from prospecting to post-sales.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand to help refine the product or service offerings.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or related fields.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Familiarity with digital tools and digital advertising strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and negotiations.
Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to optimize sales performance.
Goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with e-commerce or digital advertising sales.
