Pay: Base pay of $40,000 + uncapped commission
The Job:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell in-store digital advertising solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients through various digital channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, or webinars to showcase digital advertising solutions to potential customers.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with clients, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting revenue goals.
- Handle client objections and provide effective solutions that align with their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including insights on pipeline status, deal progress, and market trends.
- Work closely with design team to ensure a smooth customer journey from prospecting to post-sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand to help refine the product or service offerings.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and negotiations.
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to optimize sales performance.
- Goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital advertising sales.
