We are an established Remodeling Company looking for a Remodeling Sales Person. This person must have excellent communication skills, excellent people skills, as well as excellent follow up skills. Candidate must have knowledge in the Design and Remodeling industry. This is a commission based sales position. Hard work, dedication, long hours (evenings and weekends), will produce very fruitful and rewarding results.

Candidate duties will include:

Going to the prospects' home to conduct an initial consultation
Writing up an initial scope of work and project range, called a design retainer. Then presenting the retainer to the client with the goal of having them sign on as a design client.
Communicating with the design team the clients desires. Monitoring the design process to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Writing up a final scope of work and pricing out the project, writing a contract and all supporting documentation. Presenting the proposal and contract to the client.
Follow up with all clients that have not signed.
Stay in communication and meet with the client and the production team throughout the build.
Experience in interior or architectural design is a must.

Experience in construction is a plus.

Experience in estimating is a must.

Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.

This person must be motivated, trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable.

This is a commission based position and can be discussed in detail during the interview. You will start with a minimum draw, the more you can hustle the more you can earn. The pay scale is based on actual employee earnings.
