Your Role & Mission

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our expansion, working alongside our Sales Director to grow our presence in your territory. This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to own your success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Discover & Develop: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and first contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
Be a Trusted Partner: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that genuinely add value.
Collaborate with Experts: Attend product demos with the support of our Technical Manager.
Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the competition, industry trends, and market shifts.
Work Smart: Manage all leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce).

Who We’re Looking For

Have experience in coatings, doors and windows manufacturing, or spray equipment.
Be eager to build something from the ground up—this is a new territory with massive potential.
Thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment—you own your success.
Be results-driven, proactive, and adaptable—we move fast, and so should you.
Have a natural ability to connect with peopleand build long-term relationships.
Be comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Willingness to travel to cover your territory and maximize opportunities.
