Your Role & Mission
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our expansion, working alongside our Sales Director to grow our presence in your territory. This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to own your success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Discover & Develop: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and first contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that genuinely add value.
- Collaborate with Experts: Attend product demos with the support of our Technical Manager.
- Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the competition, industry trends, and market shifts.
- Work Smart: Manage all leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce).
Who We’re Looking For

- Have experience in coatings, doors and windows manufacturing, or spray equipment.
- Be eager to build something from the ground up—this is a new territory with massive potential.
- Thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment—you own your success.
- Be results-driven, proactive, and adaptable—we move fast, and so should you.
- Have a natural ability to connect with peopleand build long-term relationships.
- Be comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Willingness to travel to cover your territory and maximize opportunities.
