This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings.

Duties:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and local codes.
Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks to ensure proper connections and functionality.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills:

Proficient in plumbing techniques, including pipe threading and assembly.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Experience using power tools safely and effectively in various applications.
Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed for installations or repairs.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting materials to job sites.

Compensation & Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
Expected Hours: 40-50 hours per week
Work Location: In Person

Experience:

Crew Control / Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
Plumbing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
