This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and local codes.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks to ensure proper connections and functionality.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills:
- Proficient in plumbing techniques, including pipe threading and assembly.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively in various applications.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed for installations or repairs.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting materials to job sites.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40-50 hours per week
- Work Location: In Person
Experience:
- Crew Control / Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
- Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
