DUTIES:

We are a small office, this position is 70 percent flowing patients on daily visits, and 30 percent office managing.
Front Desk/office flow patient care duties:

-Greet patients, and give all the patients that come in the extra care and love that makes them feel at home. You make sure everyone had fun when they come to our clinic!
-Refer patients into the office for care through your enthusiasm and conversations with established patients and walk-ins.
-Answer phones with energy and sparkle!
-Learn to schedule efficiently and manage patient flow to give all patients great service and a WOW experience!
-Tracking patient visits, office statistics, and goal setting for the office.
-Give simple financial presentations to patients and help them with financial arrangements for starting their care, taking payments, and collecting money when due.
-Light billing and tracking of balances, posting payments, and producing statements when needed.
-Generate simple reports and stats, prep records, write simple letters, prepare packets, filing, and general office support.
-Working closely with and directing doctors and other staff.
-Giving stickers to kids, opening the door for someone who has their hands full, offering snacks to hungry working moms, and whatever else comes up!!
-Keeping the office Tidy and Beautiful!
Office manager-type duties:

Light HR, including onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, and benefits management.

Maintain business and clinician credentialing.
Serve as liaison for bookkeeper, CPA, IT, building management, contractors, and other vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be computer savvy, and be able to carry yourself well displaying polish, maturity, and confidence.
-Must be comfortable discussing finances with patients.
-A shy person would not be happy in this position, you have to like to work in an office and talk to people in person and on the phone all day. Someone with corporate skills but is looking to do something more personal, make a difference, and work as part of a small, dedicated team!
-No Previous Chiropractic Office Experience Necessary. Will train the right fit.

Position Hours 36 Hours a week -Saturday/ Sunday we are closed.

Schedule: This has some amount of flexibility
This position begins at 8:30 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, lunch from12:30 to 2, and then till 6 PM
Friday is 8:30 to 1
