The Market Activation Leader is responsible for leading a team of regional Managers who develop and manage relationships with dealers and small door shops to drive sales and market share growth. This role involves managing and communicating the sell-through strategy to create demand for 2-step distributors who do not transact directly with Masonite.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and door shops to expand Masonite's share of wallet in assigned geography.
- Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell Masonite door systems and components.
- Support new product launches and product share growth initiatives to drive premium mix.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and channel marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate growth
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends, using this knowledge to adjust channel strategies as needed.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Monitor and evaluate manager performance, setting clear expectations, and KPIs, and providing regular feedback to ensure high performance.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Direct Sales Experience of 5+ years preferred
- Experience in leading, assessing, and developing talent.
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate - up to 70% of the time
