Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?The Product Manager, Insect Screen is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of business plans and strategies to increase sales and maximize operating profits in the insect screen product line. The incumbent works closely with the Product manager, Construction Products in the Sales & Marketing management of the Insect Screen product line.
This person is responsible for developing and successfully launching plans for all new products, including idea generation, project planning, sourcing, and interaction with other departments to complete the project in a timely manner. They will also contribute to the development of all product/service support materials such as promotion, validation guides, testing data, collateral materials, advertising, and trade show preparation.
You will work closely with the manufacturing plant to optimize profitability through activities such as SKU and packaging rationalization, and product cost reductions. You will support product line activities with travel to the manufacturing plant in Tlaxcala, Mexico, customer's locations, and distribution facilities. You will work closely with the Supply Chain department to source products that would complement the existing product line and ensure the supplier understands the market and product requirements. Additionally, you will develop product, performance, and quality specifications that the supplier must adhere to.
The Product Manager, Insect Screen will conduct market research and analysis to support business plans and establish key metrics to monitor. You will also develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the product line to drive profitability while managing P&L and setting competitive pricing to maximize revenue and market share.
You will provide technical support to the global sales teams, customer services departments, and global distribution partners. You will be responsible for solving product problems, identifying the issues, recommending solutions, and implementing corrective action.
Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field is required, Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of work-related skill and experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Product Development is required. The incumbent must have the ability to understand building material products for the retail marketplace to ensure a competitive advantage to grow market share. Additionally, must understand the activities needed to support retail products, including promotions, merchandising, pricing structure, training and market collateral. Must be sales and service oriented and possess strong organizational skills, be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The candidate must have a valid driver's license for business travel up to 30% of the time and have the ability to travel domestically and internationally to Mexico. Proficiency in Spanish speaking would be valuable for this role but is not required.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $87,500 to $135,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $98,000-TTC to $151,700-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
