What you'll do as a Director of Construction- Support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices.
- Execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer's satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth.
- Implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals.
- Ensure high levels of performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed.
- Perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned.
What you'll need - To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 12 years construction management experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Successfully led construction, engineering and business functions at a high growth telecommunications company, preferably with AT&T, Lumen & Verizon
- Consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role
- Proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skill
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or relevant career field
- Must be willing to travel domestically 50-75% of time
Physical abilities & exposures- Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: use portable ladder, work in confined spaces and climb stairs
