The Lilith Clinic is seeking a pro-choice, dedicated, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
• Maintain a non-judgmental, patient-friendly, and team-oriented environment at all times
• Prepare exam rooms, recovery, and laboratory areas for procedures
• Assist physicians with medical procedures and patient care
• Provide support at the front desk, including answering phones and organizing charts
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant privacy policies
• Assist with patient flow and communication between doctors and clinic staff
• Operate sterilization equipment and ensure safe, accurate wrapping and storage of instruments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all clinic areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a medical assistant or similar role (preferably in reproductive health or related fields)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices
Certification: current CPR/BLS or must be obtained during new hire period.
Willing to train motivated candidates. New grads are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; 7 AM - 4 PM
Schedule: 9 hour shift
Salary: $18/hr
