As a Service Writer your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greeting customers and gather detailed information about vehicle issues.
• Input customer information and service items.
• Communicate customer needs to technicians effectively.
• Create service estimates by determining labor, materials, and supplies required.
• Sell necessary repairs and services based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
• Billing customers and managing service transactions.
• Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the service process.
• Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
