Rotating Schedule
Housekeeping: This position is responsible for maintaining resident’s rooms and common areas in clean, orderly and tidy conditions. All work is performed safely and completed on time.
Janitor: Perform the day-to-day activities of the Janitorial Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department. Duties include
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive
criticism.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids,
disinfecting solutions, etc.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds, reach for objects and stand and walk for periods of time greater
than 20 minutes.
• Successfully pass physical exam, drug screening and background check.
