Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating effective communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Management department.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of USA or Canada.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
