The Team: Innovation is part of our DNA! The Amazon Fresh Core Processes team is looking for a program manager that wants to join an ambitious and driven team that is changing the landscape of retail. This role includes ~25% travel to Amazon Fresh Stores nationwide.
The Role: As Program Manager on the Core Process team, you are the glue bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and simplified field processes for the stores. This role is responsible for developing field processes for Inbound retail store processes. Our ideal candidate will work back from core customer needs to develop new standard operating processes that improve efficiency and inventory accuracy. You will consistently work with external and internal stake holders including the category team, in-stock team, external vendors, and the store teams that you will serve. You will use data to track the effectiveness of the inbound programs as well as areas of opportunity for further training or process innovation.
Key job responsibilities
• \tDrive the expansion, improvement, and simplification of inbound processes within Amazon Fresh Stores.
• \tExplore, test, and roll out new store processes.
• \tChampion these store programs and develop training to allow the inbound programs to scale.
• \tMonitor store's execution and progress on key performance indicators. Assess data to make decisions on process iterations.
• \tWork side by side with store teams to test new initiatives and to understand pain points.
• \tCollaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and communication mechanisms.
• \tBuild respect and credibility with individual contributors, stakeholders, management peers, and executives.
• \tCreate and monitor metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and allow for regular updates to senior leadership.
• \tInnovate on behalf of your customer, identifying and building solutions to reduce labor hours in tasks and improve team efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ Field and or Corporate Retail experience
- 3+ yrs Supply Chain experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
