As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home, we safeguard essential systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surge protection, hot water heaters, and interior electrical components. Outside the home, we ensure the protection of vital lines, including water, gas, wells, sewers, electric, and septic systems. We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position SummaryWe're seeking a
Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our growing team.
The Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the conversion rate on Oncourse Home Solutions' websites and other digital properties. Working closely with our Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams, you will analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and optimize content, design, and user flows to drive customer engagement and acquisition. A key role in our digital transformation, you will develop a testing strategy, maintain the associated roadmap, and socialize learnings and strategies to partners within the organization. You will be our expert on trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve our user experience and conversion rate.
This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Build and test high-converting landing pages and digital experiences both on your own and in partnership with internal and external teams, for leads across our main marketing channels.
- Create and manage roadmap of hypotheses will support a program of learnings about our digital experiences and our customers that you will socialize and test to maximize their leverage.
- Support our expansion in both longstanding and new marketing channels, helping to expand our new customer pool, drive improved lifetime values and decreased acquisition costs.
- Drive instrumentation and reporting for customer progress from online acquisition to conversion and abandonment.
- Self-serve reports from analytics platforms and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
We're Excited If This Is YouExperience and Qualifications of the Role - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, optimization, or experimentation with a minimum of 2 years conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and deep familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social).
- Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Fullstory, VWO, Looker, Unbounce).
- Previous experience working with and/or managing digital agencies, including dedicated web optimization shops.
- Expertise in gathering data-driven insights to develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement in marketing results.
- Direct experience using SQL to pull and aggregate raw marketing performance data is a big plus.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels within the organization.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job - Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
