We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our People & Culture Operations Team. This talented individual will support our various businesses, with a focus on complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Lisle, Illinois headquarters.
ResponsibilitiesConducting employee investigations and employee relations
Document and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
Maintain accurate and complete records of all ER cases
Maintain good/consistent communication with manager and employee on pending cases
Interpret and drive consistency of HR policies and practices.
Work cross functionally with legal, compliance, HR Business Partners, COEs, etc. across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes
Works closely with site leaders to ensure that all policies and procedures are understood, communicated, and consistently administered with all employees.
Lead change
Project management of key cross functional programs and priorities
Analyze data to drive critical business decisions
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of human resources experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience

- Master’s degree
- At least 6 years of human resources experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 10 years of human resources experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
