Description Lead Data and Analytics - Remote Full Time Perm Salary: $110,200 - $165,300, plus 10% annual bonus

The Lead Data and Analytics Developer is responsible for developing and supporting data and analytics solutions that drive value. In this role you will partner with business teams to fully understand the problem being solved, extract and prep data, build analytic models, visualizations and front-end tools needed to infuse insights into our business process. The Lead Data and Analytics Developer has the ability to develop data sets and visualization that incorporate complex features and techniques.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Acts in the capacity of s ubject matter and business intelligence expert in the enterprise analytical technologies and drives adoption of self-service analytics capabilities to achieve value objectives within the business.
- Develop and implement analytics solutions (including data models, data sets, reports, dashboards , and integrated analytics) to solve business needs, accelerate insights and inform actions and adhere to data governance and BI policies and standards
- Establish , promote , and monitor adherence to policies and standards for business intelligence products
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes, company enterprise platform, and table structures/relationships to extract and report correct data
- Develop and manage personal and team deliverables, timelines, and milestones related to assigned projects
- Handle data quality monitoring and the impact of quality issues on the effectiveness of analytics
- Create insights that lead to predictive and prescriptive solutions
- Acts as an internal consultant and partner for business teams to advance analytics maturity across the enterprise
- Provide strategic insights, identify opportunities, develop strategies, and mentor staff
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in fields related to data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, business analysis
- 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction language as well as 1 other programing language (Python, R, Java, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree
- Diverse background that brings experience of having worked across multiple data domains
- Proven experience delivering enterprise value through analytics development
