Job Duties:
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery of various project types across our Oklahoma City and Edmond studios. Your responsibilities include:
- Advanced Project Management: Directs complex architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Strategic Leadership: Provides comprehensive input and leadership on project design and execution to accomplish project and client goals while aligning with the firm's strategic plan.
- Client Relations: Develops and sustains excellent client relationships, effectively communicating project progress and resolving issues.
- Team Leadership: Leads, mentors, and supervises project teams, including Intern Architects, promoting professional development and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a licensed architect (State of Oklahoma licensure not required)
- Proficiency in industry standard BIM software (Revit), along with Project Management software, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Rendering and Construction Administration software platforms.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to generate and research alternate solutions
- Create a collaborative environment to better serve the organization and our team.
