Position Overview:
The Sales Desk/Warehouse Employee will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This dual role involves assisting customers at the sales desk and managing inventory in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Desk:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selections.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is organized.
Handle customer returns and exchanges with professionalism.
Proactive individual to reach out to potential clients and introduce our services
Warehouse:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with restocking.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales and/or warehouse operations preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for sales and inventory management systems.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Forklift certified preferred but not required.
