Please take note of the following requirements for the position:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a personal injury firm.
- Experienced and assertive case manager.
- Proficiency in Filevine Case Management Software is a plus.
- This position is primarily remote, with an expectation of coming into the office 1-2 times per week.
- The Case Manager's responsibilities include handling pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. They will have extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases.
Duties include organizing and maintaining case files and coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and relevant parties. Additionally, case managers will coordinate medical treatment, resolve property damage claims, dispute liability issues, and ensure that all aspects of a case progress smoothly.
